I love hiking and weight training as much as building strategies for schools, where teachers, staff, and students grow stronger—mentally and physically.
I’m a licensed educational psychologist passionate about hiking, weight training, and helping educators thrive. Hiking clears the mind, reduces stress, and sharpens focus. Paired with weight training, it builds resilience and strength, both inside and out.
My journey from school psychologist to educational leader has been like hiking a challenging trail—it took time to build the skills and endurance to tackle tough challenges. Adult education and disability accommodations are some of the hardest paths in education, often due to misunderstandings, lack of inclusivity, and funding gaps.
I specialize in adult learning and disability inclusion. I’ll help your team create programs that improve mental health, foster community, and inspire purpose. Together, we’ll design initiatives that make every educator and student feel empowered.

One moment that shaped me was helping an adult learner ready to quit school. They were overwhelmed by work, classes, and a disability. With 20 years in education I saw a huge gap in services for adult learners. Through research and experience I created this book to influence educators, leaders and policy makers to focus on high impact strategies for adult learners to persist and attain their educational goals.
