Study Skills Program for High School Athletes
An 8-week program designed to equip high school athletes with high-impact study strategies and mindset strategies to boost academic performance and prevent mental health challenges. This program helps students maintain sports eligibility while promoting social-emotional development. Available during the summer or before/after school to fit your bell schedule.
